Additionally, our corrective and preventative action (CAPA) processes ensure that if something goes wrong, it’s first made right, and then actions are taken to determine root cause. If necessary, we also modify our QMS to prevent future issues. Tucker’s QMS also ensures that all internal team members are thoroughly trained to not only Tucker’s standards, but to each of our customer’s individual and specific requirements. Finally, it ensures that every Tucker vendor undergoes a carefully designed screening and qualification process that includes ongoing monitoring, which most companies do not have in place after initial qualification.
